Office Administrator

Responsibilities
Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on services
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concern within company response guidelines
Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple departments including sales, operations, customer service, logistics and finance
Utilize multiple computer systems to support Repair Authority’s administrative functions, including Microsoft Office and our company’s ERP and CRM systems
Perform general clerical and office support tasks such as data entry, filing, producing requested reports, etc
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, in addition to general experience with computers, databases, word processing, etc
General comfort level with computers and an ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Results-oriented self-starter with a can-do attitude, a sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal teams to resolve problems
Proven ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
Ability to stick to a very tight time schedule and switch gears rapidly when required
Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment
Ability to Relocate: Fort Worth, TX 76140: Relocate before starting work (Required)
