Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Execute a comprehensive sales strategy initially targeting skilled nursing facilities, and over time targeting a diverse range of healthcare providers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the provider segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at provider organizations
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Accurately document all sales activity in CRM
Represent Olio at industry conferences and networking events

Qualification

Healthcare sales experienceSaaS solutions salesHealthcare provider market knowledgeCRM systems proficiencySales strategy executionCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to provider organizations
Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, including knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and value-based care models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience executing sales strategies that drive both new business and account expansion
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred
