The Consumer Sales Agent is responsible for marketing and selling insurance products and services offered by Ritter Insurance Marketing, focusing on client interactions and managing existing business.

Responsibilities
Selling insurance products to clients who contact RIM Call Center via inbound call, email, or website
Handling enrollments and policy renewals
Manage an existing book of business and work with referral leads
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
The CSA will need to complete the Medicare AHIP and any carrier specific training
Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship
Basic understanding of Medicare and Medicare products
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Good computer and typing skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to meet the sales and production goals, as determined by management
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone
Preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred
Health insurance license preferred
Insurance sales and /or marketing experienced preferred
