Develop and execute creative social media strategies that drive visibility and engagement
Create, edit, and publish platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
Write sharp, natural-sounding captions and hooks tailored for U.S. business audiences
Identify and repurpose high-performing content for ad campaigns on YouTube or Meta
Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on insights
Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep our brand fresh and relevant
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience managing or creating social media content
Native-level English fluency and deep understanding of U.S. tone, culture, and social trends
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Ability to write persuasive, engaging social copy that feels natural and conversational
Analytical mindset and curiosity for testing, learning, and improving
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership of results
Preferred
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads preferred (even at a basic level)
