Responsibilities

Support the Data Center Decommissioning initiative involving multiple applications

Work with business stakeholders to understand and document current-state processes, user journeys, and workflows

Collaborate with technical teams to understand system flows and application behavior

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and define future-state outcomes

Create and document user journeys, user stories, workflows, and data mappings

Perform data analysis, including querying, mapping, and documenting data across databases

Use Excel and Visio/Lucid for workflow and data documentation

Facilitate decision-making through structured workshops

Manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and priorities independently

Engage stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams

Track and manage work items using Jira

Apply technical terminology while working closely with technical teams

Take ownership of a new area with minimal documentation, including defining and executing a 30/60/90-day plan
