Responsibilities

Connect issuers with accredited and institutional investors
Support capital raising for private placement offerings across various sectors
Source new issuers and build a syndicate of investors
Manage investor relationships throughout the deal lifecycle
Collaborate with internal leadership and compliance teams
Ensure all activities align with applicable securities laws and compliance requirements

Qualification

Fundraising experiencePrivate placement salesActive Series 7 licenseInvestorsRelationship-building skillsWillingness to obtain licensesCommunication skills

Required

Experience in fundraising, private placement sales, or investment sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with accredited and institutional investors
Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 63 within three months if not already licensed

Preferred

Candidates with an active Series 7 license are preferred
Mid-level experience preferred
