Senior Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Consistently meet daily outbound activity expectations focused on prospecting and lead engagement
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new shipper opportunities
Engage prospects through phone outreach and follow-up communication
Educate potential customers on Circle’s domestic transportation solutions
Build and manage a sales pipeline through disciplined outreach and follow-up
Set meetings and advance opportunities toward onboarding
Partner with internal operations and sales leadership to ensure a smooth transition once business is secured
Accurately document activity, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven outbound sales experience (inside sales, SDR, BDR, or similar)
Experience making high-volume outbound calls daily
Comfortable opening new accounts and handling objections
Competitive, resilient, and metrics-driven
Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
