Assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges
Manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish
Qualification
Required
6-10+ years of litigation experience, ideally encompassing the full spectrum of civil litigation, from initiation to resolution, including drafting and arguing motions (e.g., summary judgment) and taking/defending depositions
Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
California Bar Admission
Preferred
Insurance defense and public entity defense experience are beneficial
Federal court and trial experience (though not required)
