Admissions & Recruiting Associate

Responsibilities

Assist with the student recruitment and retention process, from initial outreach to enrollment and onboarding
Promote the institution’s programs through various communication channels, including email, phone, social media, and in-person outreach
Respond to inquiries from prospective students, providing detailed information about admissions processes, program offerings, and campus life
Manage incoming phone calls and emails related to student inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintain relationships with prospective students, keeping them informed about needed documents, application deadlines and upcoming events
Ensure a positive experience for visitors and prospective students during visits, tours and events, providing support and answering questions as needed
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as orientation, campus tours, open houses, and college fairs
Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content

Required

Previous experience or interest in student recruitment, admissions, or administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting
Sales Experience
Relationship Management Experience
Strong Sales Skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Customer/student service-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships
Solid attention to detail and sales aptitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
