Responsibilities

Own and manage the roadmap for SAP IS , Axway , SAP PO , SAP BTP , and SAP APIM across regions

Review, validate, and formally approve integration and enhancement designs. Align integration strategy with enterprise architecture and business objectives

Prioritize backlog items balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance, and Change Requests (CABs)

Gather enhancement requirements, validate feasibility, and align across zones before CAB submission

Take accountability for deliverables, especially Change and Design (CaDs) under CAB governance

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, SAP teams, third-party vendors, and developers

Deliver concise, executive-ready updates on incidents, risks, and enhancements

Standardize communication templates and ensure teams alignment

Provide direction and guidance on integration architecture across SAP IS, Axway, SAP PO, SAP BTP, and SAP APIM

Ensure middleware, APIs, and adapters (File, JDBC, SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC) follow secure, scalable, reusable standards

Drive adoption of reusable integration patterns, monitoring frameworks, and CAB-approved standards

Review and approve designs while empowering teams to execute

Ensure development activities are initiated and completed to meet deliverables

Establish frameworks ensuring auditability and compliance across teams globally

Define SLAs and monitor performance of integration services

Align incident, service request, and enhancement management with ITIL, under CAB oversight for cross-zone changes

Lead incident resolution, SLA adherence, and escalation alignment across time zones

Govern releases and enhancements via Change Requests (CAB)

Act as escalation point for service issues, maintaining trust with business units

Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies and middleware

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in enterprise integration projects

Strong understanding of ITIL processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
