Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications
Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Support the full SDLC lifecycle
Provide on-call production support as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Mainframe development experience
Expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM
Experience with DB2 Utilities: QMF, SPUFI
Strong knowledge of IBM utilities: IEBGENER, IDCAMS, ICETOOL, DEBUGGER (Batch & CICS), SORT, Fault Analyzer, FILE MANAGER
Familiarity with CHANGEMAN and CONTROL-M Scheduling
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with z/OS platform
