The BCBA Intern Program Specialist will provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA therapy programs while mentoring various trainees and ensuring compliance with BACB standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and conduct assessments
Provide caregiver training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Supervise RBTs and oversee quality of service delivery
Deliver BACB-compliant supervision for trainees, including competency development and documentation
Maintain accurate records, meet billable hour requirements, and ensure compliance with BACB and BYS standards

Qualification

BCBA certificationSupervising ABA InternsMaster’s degreeLeadership skillsAnalytical skillsCPR/First Aid certificationSafety Care certificationCommunication skills

Required

Master's degree in a relevant field; active BCBA certification (minimum 1 year)
Previous experience supervising ABA Interns toward BCBA certification
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance standards

Preferred

CPR/First Aid and Safety Care certification preferred (training available)
