They are seeking a Project Planning Expert to create and manage project schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules for our gas engine and power plant projects

Coordinate and align schedules with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers

Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies

Support project management in meeting milestones and deadlines

Report and present progress and deviations to management

Cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution

Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections

Support know-how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution process the INNIO Jenbacher´s Project Management processes

Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution
