Responsibilities
Support Senior Designers in the conceptualization and design of residential room scenes that highlight Edward Martin products in trend-forward, compelling environments
Assist in developing creative concepts for product launches, marketing campaigns, and website hero imagery
Contribute to design solutions that balance creativity with commercial goals, supporting customer engagement and conversion
Prepare polished, compelling, and timely design decks
Partner closely with render artists throughout the design process, providing clear, actionable feedback across multiple review rounds
Assist in ensuring scenes are executed with accuracy, realism, and high visual quality
Work with Design Production to support project timelines, launch schedules, and campaign deliverables
Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to help select, highlight, and arrange products for launches, hero images, and key marketing assets
Assist with final styling and visual merchandising to ensure projects are execution-ready
Participate in internal reviews and support the implementation of feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably within residential, commercial, or visual design environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating residential interior design and/or digital scene design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus
Strong understanding of space planning, construction drawings, and custom furniture design
Knowledge of design trends, spatial layout, styling, and color theory
Experience collaborating with 3D artists, render teams, or creative production partners
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Close attention to detail with a proactive, creative problem-solving mindset
Support evolving business needs and company priorities
Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and contribute positively to team culture
