Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI applications
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
Work with the development team to design, develop, and maintain AI applications
Ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing systems to enhance performance
Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of AI applications
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Evaluate and improve AI applications to maintain optimal performance and accuracy
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and explore new techniques to enhance our AI capabilities
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and AI application performance
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience analyzing business processes and translating them into clear, actionable problem statements
Ability to work closely with engineers, architects, and business leaders to shape feasible, incremental solutions
Comfortable producing lightweight artifacts (process flows, decision logs, prototypes, PoCs) to move ideas forward quickly
Experience working on technology-driven initiatives, including modern cloud-based platforms
Curiosity and learning mindset
Preferred
Experience in the financial services sector
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (e.g., GenAI, decision support tools, automation)
