Systems Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Selling and delivering AC/DC power systems by identifying and establishing relationships with customers and engineering companies within the assigned industry segment
Developing specialized application knowledge within the designated industry
Forecasting both short- and long-term sales by customer
Delivering as well as presenting proposed systems solutions to clients
Negotiating to convert proposals into purchase orders
Entering successful projects into IFS
Assigning project teams for execution
Coordinating with the VP of Business Development and other senior management to determine the products and applications that will drive business growth in assigned industry segments
Coordinating with the Systems Engineering team to ensure that designs are completed on schedule and within budget
Involving domestic and international travel, up to 40% of the time

Qualification

Electrical EngineeringSales of industrial power equipmentComputer Science/EngineeringElectronics TechnologyMaster’s Degree

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electronics Technology
5 -10 years of experience in the sales of industrial power equipment

Master's Degree
