Responsibilities

Experience leading projects involving cloud data lakes, data warehousing, data modelling, and data analysis

Proficiency in the design and implementation of modern data architectures and concepts such as cloud services (AWS), real-time data distribution (Kinesis, Kafka, Dataflow), and modern data warehouse tools (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks)

Experience with various database platforms, including DB2, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc

Understanding of entity-relationship modelling, metadata systems, and data security, quality tools and techniques

Ability to design traditional/relational and modern big-data architecture based on business needs

Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies such as Informatica, Power BI, and Tableau

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate and excel in complex, cross-functional teams involving data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders

Ability to guide solution design and architecture to meet business needs

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field

At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and implementation of data models (Erwin) for enterprise data warehouse initiatives

Experience leading projects involving cloud data lakes, data warehousing, data modelling, and data analysis

Experience with various database platforms, including DB2, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc
