Responsibilities
Support our senior financial data analyst on client ROI and cost savings assessments
Take ownership of a portfolio of AI/ML initiatives
Respond to client and stakeholder requests for detailed analyses on transaction performance. Interpret the results and identify opportunities for improvement
Responsible for proactive assessment of their performance trends
Developing professional dashboards and detailed reports for client collaboration
Providing active guidance to assist clients with actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, IMS or similar
2 to 3 years of experience in a data analytics or data modeling role
Ability to “go deep” with the data and identify the root causes of underlying patterns
Ability to translate those root causes into business language for key stakeholders and clients
Ability to translate granular data into clear and compelling visualizations for stakeholders
Experience performing advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Driven to take action – we need someone who's passionate about solving problems and finding new opportunities for our clients
Passion for learning – payments is a complex industry. It's essential to demonstrate curiosity to develop the business acumen needed to thrive
Passion for collaboration – working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating data into actionable insights for them
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is a must have
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Proficiency with Tableau is a plus
Proficiency with ML IDEs is a plus
