Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of post-market clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
Act as the bridge between surgeons, clinical sites, and internal Product / Regulatory / Quality / Commercial teams
Build the studies, evidence, narrative by converting clinical insight into evidence that supports sales, clinical adoption, messaging, and eventually further product roadmap

Required

Strong (5+ years) experience in Clinical Affairs / Clinical Evidence within surgical MedTech
Proven track record running post-market studies, real-world evidence, registries, or QI initiatives
Experience supporting hospital-based Quality Improvement (QI) studies or service line improvement projects
Comfortable working directly with surgeons, investigators, and clinical stakeholders as well as communicating and influencing internally
Experience translating clinical insights into outputs that support adoption (publications, abstracts, case studies, scientific comms)

Preferred

Surgical device / robotics / enabling technology exposure
Experience in minimally invasive surgery environments (laparoscopy and or O.R workflow-heavy settings)
Experience supporting advisory boards or KOL strategy
Comfortable in fast-moving, venture-backed environments
