Responsibilities
Establish wholesale customers to enable the trading and marketing of natural gas in the U.S. physical markets
Develop a web of wholesale, producer, commercial and industrial customers around our storage and transportation assets
Drive short, medium and long-term deal flow with producer, commercial and industrial customers with the support of the broader trading team
Support LNG team in analysis and supply of gas for LNG offtake
Interact and coordinate with the mid-office, back-office and PCI’s natural gas department in Beijing in order to support the North America Natural Gas business development
Drive asset acquisition, pipeline transport, storage, and asset management structures
Develop power customer base, gas sales
Meet accountabilities while complying with all relevant PetroChina policies as well as, legal and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degreed Required
10 or more years of experience working in oil and gas industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of customer, logistics, pipeline and assets for North America NG/LNG is highly desirable
Financial structure negotiating techniques a plus
Petroleum industry commercial contacts, business environment and background a plus
