K&N Appliance Gallery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Builder Sales Assistant to support their Builder Sales Associates. This role is essential in managing orders with builders and contractors, ensuring seamless execution from quote to installation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process appliance package quotes for new construction and renovation projects
Track and manage multiple builder projects simultaneously from initial quote through final installation
Coordinate with purchasing to ensure product availability and timely delivery
Process builder orders accurately, ensuring all specifications match project requirements
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to builders and internal teams
Coordinate delivery schedules with construction timelines and site readiness
Manage changes, substitutions, and special orders as projects evolve
Ensure orders are scheduled for installation
Communicate with installation manager to ensure proper sequencing and site access
Address and resolve any order issues before scheduling to ensure seamless delivery and install
Maintain accurate records of builder accounts, quotes, orders, and project timelines
Generate reports on builder sales activity and project status
Process invoicing and follow up on account receivables as needed

Required

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software
Detail-oriented with accuracy in order processing and documentation
Understanding of appliance products and specifications (or willingness to learn)
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
