Mid LevelGreen Life Science is seeking a scientifically driven Business Development Manager (Licensing) to support strategic partnerships and out licensing opportunities across advanced antibody discovery and preclinical platforms. The ideal candidate will be a PhD-trained scientist with strong expertise in antibody and translational biology, transitioning into a client-facing commercial role.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop licensing and strategic partnership opportunities for antibody discovery programs and preclinical assets
Translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling therapeutic and commercial value propositions
Engage with biotech and pharma partners to understand pipeline gaps and propose tailored scientific solutions
Support and lead partner discussions, diligence processes, and deal execution , in collaboration with internal scientific and legal teams
Work cross-functionally with R&D, platform scientists, and leadership to align internal capabilities with business strategy
Represent the organization in partner meetings, scientific conferences, and industry networking events
Monitor scientific, competitive, and market trends to inform BD and licensing strategy
Qualification
Required
PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or a closely related biomedical discipline
Deep expertise in antibody drug discovery, including target validation, hit identification, and hit-to-lead optimization
Strong ability to analyze and translate complex biological data (e.g., affinity, specificity, in vivo efficacy) into clear therapeutic and licensing value propositions
Solid understanding of modern antibody modalities, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs)
Strategic mindset with the ability to align internal scientific capabilities to external partner pipeline and portfolio needs
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin and English, (preferred not essential) enabling effective collaboration across global R&D and business teams
