Senior Personal Assistant to the CEO
Confidential is a marketing and investment firm located in Wilmington, DE, seeking a Senior Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role involves managing sensitive matters, preparing reports, and acting as a point of contact for communications, while providing comprehensive support to the CEO and the organization.

Responsibilities
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company
Prepare, review, and summarize agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the CEO and organization
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
Conduct research and prepare reports as required
Organize travel, run errands, schedule appointments, for business and personal, as needed
Coordinate household services, vendors, and errands and handle personal projects
Perform miscellaneous personal, office, and administrative support tasks as directed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior management
5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
References are required
