Senior LevelKTek Resourcing is seeking an experienced AWS Senior Architect to lead the implementation of an AIOps framework for telecommunications network services. This role involves designing and implementing solutions utilizing AWS's AI technologies to enhance network performance and automate operations.

Responsibilities
Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations
Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance
Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives
Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions
Utilize Amazon GNN for graph neural network applications in network topologies
Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, data scientists, and operations, to implement AIOps solutions
Lead technical discussions and workshops to drive AIOps adoption
Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into network operations
Qualification
Required
Experience as an AWS Senior Architect
Deep understanding of AWS cloud services
Experience with AI/ML solutions
Knowledge of the telecom industry's unique challenges
Experience in designing and implementing an AIOps framework
Ability to integrate machine learning models to predict network outages
Experience in developing scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture
Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models
Experience with Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions
Knowledge of Amazon GNN for graph neural network applications
Experience implementing AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, data scientists, and operations
Experience leading technical discussions and workshops
Ability to evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into network operations
