Responsibilities
Overseeing the full financial close process and supervising key accounting functions
Leading internal controls, audits, and compliance activities
Managing fixed assets, government property tracking, and reporting under FAR
Overseeing timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and related policy implementation
Coordinating external audits and resolving findings
Guiding ERP/financial system upgrades and recommending improvements
Monitoring cash flow, forecasting, and ensuring financial record accuracy
Qualification
Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) REQUIRED
Minimum of 7 years of solid accounting experience
2 years of supervisory experience
Experience with specialized ERP systems required
Preferred
Public accounting experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with not-for-profit financial reporting requirements a PLUS
