Collaborate with Farmers® agency owners to support business insurance opportunities within their agencies
Develop relationships with business owners across multiple industries (e.g., contractors, restaurants, professional services)
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Ability to obtain appointment under Farmers® guidelines
Willingness to complete required Business Insurance Agent training within designated timelines
Strong sales aptitude and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working toward performance targets
