Asset Manager/Warehouse Specialist - USCIS AES2
ITC Federal is an information technology and consulting company focused on servicing the needs of the Federal Government. ITC Federal is seeking an Asset Manager / Warehouse Specialist to provide on-site asset management and warehouse support at the USCIS OIT EID Warehouse in Burlington, Vermont.

Responsibilities
Coordinate asset management and warehouse activities with vendors, contractor staff, USCIS organizations, and other government agencies as required
Support the physical and electronic receipt, inventory, tracking, and transfer of IT infrastructure and security equipment
Maintain accurate asset records within USCIS centralized inventory and property management systems, in accordance with USCIS Asset Management directives and the USCIS Property Management Handbook
Assist in ensuring delivery of all required components, materials, and supplies to support USCIS projects in alignment with approved designs, schedules, and infrastructure standards
Prepare required government documentation for shipping, receiving, transferring, and disposition of equipment
Pull, stage, package, and coordinate shipments of IT equipment to support deployment and implementation schedules
Receive and process both small and large-volume shipments of accountable IT equipment and non-accountable commodities
Plan inventory storage and placement to maintain an organized, secure, and easily retrievable warehouse environment
Assist with the removal, return, redeployment, or excessing of IT equipment including servers, network devices, storage solutions, voice, and video equipment
Support secure data destruction activities for IT equipment designated for disposal
Maintain continuous updates to the IT asset management database to reflect installations, transfers, and location changes
Safeguard warehouse facilities and assets by ensuring secure areas, doors, and storage locations are properly secured at the end of each day
Provide weekly asset reports detailing equipment received, shipped, transferred, or excessed/disposed, including transaction and system update dates
Conduct quarterly physical inventories of 25% of warehouse assets using rotating sampling methods and document discrepancies
Prepare discrepancy reports and coordinate sign-off with the local regional manager
Assist the USCIS Property Custodian with the annual inventory audit in support of the required USCIS Asset Management Audit
Prepare ad hoc asset and inventory reports upon government request
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in asset management/warehouse operations
Prior experience in asset management, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (IT environment preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Valid Forklift certification
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple inventory systems
Comfortable working in a secure, process-driven government environment
Ability to work onsite daily in Burlington, VT
Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
