Responsibilities

Design and execute learning strategies and content that support employee development across all career levels
Equip leaders, supervisors, and trainers with effective methods for both formal and informal learning delivery
Oversee leadership, peer, and committee-based training initiatives across the organization
Continuously assess learning needs and evolve programs to improve effectiveness and relevance
Measure training impact by evaluating instructor performance and program outcomes, recommending enhancements as needed
Plan, develop, and facilitate training programs using a blend of instructional methods, including classroom sessions, hands-on learning, workshops, and conferences
Establish and monitor training metrics for technical and leadership development, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
Develop and manage the annual training budget
Partner with senior leaders to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and align learning initiatives with business goals and service excellence standards
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, digital content, and multimedia resources
Support division-specific training needs across multiple operational areas
Collaborate with peers to shape enterprise-wide learning strategies
Provide leadership and oversight for seasonal and part-time training staff
Assist the Human Resources team with cross-functional initiatives as needed
Manage employee uniform and merchandise operations, including inventory, distribution, and employee purchasing needs

Required

6–8 years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, or human resources, ideally within a service-oriented or multi-location environment
Strong background in communication, facilitation, and presentation across diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related discipline
Professional training certifications and hands-on experience designing and delivering both technical and soft skills learning programs
Broad knowledge of learning platforms, instructional tools, and organizational development practices
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and serve as a consultative advisor to business leaders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Proven project management capabilities in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
