Scope plan and execute projects in close partnership with product management
Establish strong processes and standards for shipping high quality software
Mentor develop and grow the engineering team including hiring
Maintain a high technical bar through hands on coding and code review
Use and promote AI assisted development practices to produce the highest quality software
