Responsibilities

Present the Atlas Accord’s mission and guide candidates through the enrollment process
Use provided materials (one-sheeters, messaging guides, scripts) to communicate effectively
Manage outreach and maintain accurate records of conversations and enrollments
Contribute feedback to refine messaging and recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales, recruiting, or business development
Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with physicians and executives
Self-starter with the discipline to succeed in a commission-only structure
