Responsibilities

Manage and support the design, development, and deployment of the new PDS
Manage PDS from concept to organization-wide release
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external developers, and executive leadership
Deliver complex projects on aggressive timelines
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage vendors, and oversee system integrations
Gather requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and deploy large-scale enterprise systems or PMIS

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
Minimum 15 years of experience managing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level IT, hardware, or software systems preferably for large public transportation systems
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs on aggressive schedules
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage vendors, and oversee system integrations
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for large-scale enterprise systems or PMIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification
Prior experience implementing or managing systems built on the Kahua PMIS platform
Experience working with Port Authority systems and project deliver
