Hospice Recruiter Part-time - Washington
Envision Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate support to patients and families during meaningful journeys. They are seeking a Part-Time Hospice Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs while collaborating with clinical leadership and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Source and engage both active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
Guide candidates through the application process and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Conduct pre-screen interviews and initial employment screenings, including verifying work history and salary expectations
Process applicants through ATS and CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency
Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across departments and locations
Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Maintain recruiting activity records and candidate tracking for reporting and compliance
Build relationships with community organizations, colleges, and industry networks to promote our brand and career opportunities
Creatively develop new sourcing strategies to attract niche and hard-to-fill roles
Assist with onboarding coordination, license verifications, and reference checks
Use recruiting metrics and KPIs to track performance and continuously improve
Represent the company positively through all communication channels and at community events or job fairs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, or healthcare-related talent acquisition
Working knowledge of healthcare licensure requirements in Washington State
Experience with recruitment marketing and social media campaigns
Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting for clinical roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Must handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
