Responsibilities

Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting
Following up, cultivating, and qualifying inbound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email
Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system
Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup
Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills
Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Required

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong drive and a determined sales approach
Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
Understanding of sales performance metrics

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
