Responsibilities

Draft, review, and modify legal and regulatory documents, including first drafts of CFTC filings, rule submissions, notifications, and periodic reports

Manage calendars, trackers, and version control for regulatory filings, rulebooks, and legal documentation

Research and summarize relevant CFTC rules, guidance, and no-action letters to support Legal and Compliance work

Coordinate cross-functional legal and compliance projects, tracking deliverables and following up to ensure timely execution

Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and materials for legal leadership, regulatory meetings, and internal reviews
