This role focuses on pre construction planning and coordination, ensuring projects are fully prepared before construction begins.

Responsibilities

Manage pre construction and estimating activities for residential ground up projects

Prepare accurate cost estimates and perform detailed quantity take offs using current industry standards and pricing data

Review construction document sets to:

Identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information

Highlight constructability concerns and potential scope risks

Prepare, issue, and track RFIs with architects and consultants to clarify design intent

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to confirm scope alignment and pricing accuracy

Support contract administration and scope coordination during the pre construction phase

Develop and maintain project schedules to support timely project starts

Manage multiple projects at varying stages while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail

Support a smooth transition from pre construction to the construction team
