Responsibilities

Review and validate all post-closing loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

Ensure proper booking and servicing of Commercial, Consumer, and Mortgage loans in the core banking system

Process collateral perfection, including UCC filings, deeds of trust, and lien releases

Perform quality control checks and resolve discrepancies promptly

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal lending regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to address post-closing issues and provide exceptional support

Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed
