Mortgage Servicing Manager
Community First Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Manager to lead a team dedicated to helping members achieve their mortgage dreams. The role involves overseeing all aspects of mortgage servicing, ensuring compliance and a positive member experience while fostering team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead with purpose. Mentor and continuously develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Foster collaboration. Oversee all mortgage servicing functions and work cross-functionally to enhance processes and experiences

Move the needle. With a focus on continuous improvement and optimization, ensure service-level expectations are met, identify risks, and implement action plans

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of mortgage servicing and/or loan administration, with 3 years in a management role
Deep understanding of mortgage servicing regulations, investor requirements, and compliance standards
Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and process improvement
Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms and reporting systems
Must not be on any agency watch list or banned list to include but not limited to HUD, FNMA, FHLMC, FHLB or NCUA
