Position is responsible for quality assurance within the Enrollment & Eligibility job family

Conducts audits by analyzing benefits, or eligibility, or group data against applicable job aids, policies, and procedures to identify defects and ensure proper resolution

Provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance

Required

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Working knowledge of OBH Facets such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Excel (sort, filter, create), Access (able to review and enter data)

Basic knowledge of theories, practices and loading procedures of benefits, or eligibility, or group installation

Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday between 6:00am - 6:00pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
