Qualification
Required
A legal recruiting professional with 4+ years of corporate and agency experience in placing attorneys — ideally, partners
Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced workloads with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
Skilled at building trust with senior leadership and managing sensitive, high-stakes recruiting processes
Experienced with software such as Zoom/Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LawCruit
