Responsibilities

Monitor and manage batch job scheduling in mainframe and enterprise environments
Troubleshoot job failures and operational issues using established procedures
Support Control-M scheduling and job flow execution
Provide operational support and clear documentation for supported applications
Communicate effectively with application teams and stakeholders during issue resolution

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in mainframe or batch operations support
Strong experience with Control-M and JCL
Willingness and availability to work second shift, including a full Sunday shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Exposure to CICS, DB2, COBOL, or related mainframe technologies
Experience with enterprise scheduling or job control tools
Prior experience supporting large, regulated, or public-sector environments
