Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking an Operations Intern to join its team for the 2026 production season. This internship will provide hands-on industry experience working with the location management team during a busy production season.

Hospitality

Responsibilities

Work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow between departments

Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques (waste observation/elimination, recovery, etc)

Ensure facility efficiency and workplace safety

Analyze and evaluate methods of production and communicate ways to improve current practices

Assist in the overall management of the production facility

Other duties as assigned

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)

Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field)
