Regional Sales Engineer
Phoscrete Corporation is a manufacturer of high performance concrete repair materials experiencing rapid growth. They are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to manage sales in specific regions and help grow market share in the transportation industry sector.

Responsibilities
Establish new accounts, from prospecting through fulfillment
Manage and grow existing business
Document sales calls, business intelligence, and sales opportunities
Engage in sales and technical training programs to improve skills
Support installations (sometimes overnight)
Travel up to 50% of the month
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Competence using Microsoft 365 tools is required
Personal responsibility to perform effectively in a self-directed working environment is required
Close proximity to major airport is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred; engineering degree is a plus
3 -5 years sales experience is preferred; Experience with sales training methodology is a plus
Experience working with bridge/pavement maintenance crews, contractors, and engineers is preferred; concrete repair experience is a big plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
