Responsibilities

Prepare and manage family-based immigration filings (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
Draft waivers (I-601, I-601A), affidavits of support, and supporting documentation
Assist with consular processing and client interview preparation
Manage naturalization cases (N-400)
Prepare humanitarian applications (VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa)
Draft correspondence and documentation for RFEs, NOIDs, and related filings
Support attorneys in immigration-related litigation matters
Conduct client intake and assist with consultations
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently
Stay up to date on immigration laws, regulations, and policy developments

Required

Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience in immigration law, including litigation(family-based and/or humanitarian cases)
Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate communication style and ability to work with diverse client populations

Preferred

Experience supporting litigation cases a plus
Fluent in Spanish
