Responsibilities

Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev

Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities

Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects

Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev’s solutions with business objectives

Required

9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level

Must be located in the US
