Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, transparent purchase experience from credit interview through delivery
Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, protection products) with integrity
Structure and submit deals to lender partners to maximize approvals and profitability
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation, funding, and timely contract processing
Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve close rates and overall deal quality
Qualification
Required
Automotive F&I experience required
Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit tiers, and compliance standards
Consistent track record of PVR, product penetration, and CSI performance
Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Chevrolet experience a plus
