Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for safety and environmental programs
Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity
Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment
Complete field administration including timesheets, quantity tracking, purchase orders, and daily job diaries
Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities
Implement and monitor the construction execution plan, including scheduling and site logistics
Supervise, mentor, and develop 15+ electricians
Participate in field work as needed and work with tools when required
Collaborate closely with support departments including prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience on data center / mission-critical projects
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong knowledge of building codes
Preferred
Journeyman Trade Certification in a related construction trade is considered an asset
Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid
