The role involves processing high volume accounts payable and managing vendor relationships while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities
Processing high volume, full-cycle accounts payable
Managing payment runs
Providing excellent customer service to vendors
Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
Reviewing employee expense reports
Managing company credit cards
Filing 1099s annually
Reconciling accounts
Preparing journal entries
Assisting with audit preparations
All other related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Previous experience with NetSuite software REQUIRED
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, etc
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Preferred
Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
