Sales Coordinator
LWF Group Inc. is a fast-growing global startup focused on transforming water and telecommunications infrastructure. They are seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to support their US sales team by managing day-to-day coordination and ensuring effective follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Support the US sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
Capture notes, feedback, and action items from meetings and customer calls
Track opportunities, next steps, and internal deliverables
Proactively follow up with sales reps and internal teams to make sure things get done
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date
Prepare simple updates and summaries for sales leadership
Be the glue that helps the sales team stay focused, organised, and moving fast
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, admin, or customer-facing roles
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Friendly, confident communicator who isn't afraid to follow up and ask questions
Excited by startups, innovation, and working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in-office and support US business hours
Curious, dependable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Any knowledge of or exposure to water infrastructure, utilities, or fiber-optic telecommunications
Experience in B2B or technical environments
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
