Responsibilities
Own the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure
Architect and optimize AWS-based cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency
Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern frameworks and languages (React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.)
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver robust and user-friendly applications
Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and architecture
Ensure compliance with security standards and implement monitoring and observability solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role
Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python)
Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation)
Experience working with relational database technologies (Postgres / Oracle)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proven understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Own the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure

Preferred
Experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining systems that support Term Life Insurance operations such as policy administration, underwriting and claims processing is a plus
Knowledge of mock frameworks and service virtualization preferred
