Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget across all scopes
Take full ownership of project success, ensuring system installation, functionality, and performance align with what was sold and designed
Effectively manage multiple high-end residential projects concurrently
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, both internally and externally, maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and other trades
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules; proactively adjust timelines as needed
Oversee and manage the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Create, manage, and issue change orders accurately and in a timely manner
Attend and actively participate in all required site and coordination meetings
Ensure all project-related products and materials are ordered, tracked, and received in time to support installation schedules
Supervise field staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, wiring schedules, and related drawings
Perform system quality checks prior to client turnover to ensure all installations meet company and industry standards
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, including conducting system demonstrations and client training at project completion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and managing high-end residential control systems
Proven experience with Crestron, Savant, Lutron, and/or Control4 systems
Strong understanding of residential construction processes and coordination with multiple trades
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
